How Turnaround Times Work
Each product has different production steps and complexity levels. Our typical turnaround is 3–4 working days for most standard products. Some specialized items, such as custom signage or complex finishing, may take up to 10 working days. Your order confirmation will include the estimated completion date based on the specific product and quantity.

What Counts as Artwork Approval
File is Print-Ready
Correct format, resolution, and color mode
Content & Layout Approved
All text, images, and positioning confirmed
Bleed & Sizing Confirmed
Proper bleed area and final dimensions verified
Important Turnaround Notes
- Working days exclude weekends and statutory holidays.
- Shipping time is separate from production turnaround.
- Rush orders are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- Large quantity orders may require extended production time.
- Custom or specialty items may have unique turnaround requirements.
